Machi Service Booking Terms
These terms apply to bookings such as translation, airport pickup, procedure support, application coaching and local-life consultation. Services do not guarantee visa, admission, employment, housing or banking outcomes.

1. Scope and process
- What service booking means
- Users can book local procedures, translation, pickup, document preparation, study or career-related consultation through Machi.
- What is not included
- Unless clearly stated on the order page, services exclude official fees, transport, materials, third-party fees, legal representation and guaranteed promises.
- Booking flow
- Users must provide truthful information, needs, language, city and preferred time. Machi or the provider confirms, reschedules or refunds as appropriate.
2. Cancellation, risks and refunds
- Cancellation and rescheduling
- Rules for cancellation, rescheduling, lateness and no-shows follow the order page, service description and Refund Policy.
- Service risks
- Local procedures, translation, pickup, support, study, career, visa, housing and banking can be affected by third parties, policy and user materials.
- Payment use boundary
- Payments on Machi are only for platform services, digital resources, verified promotions, advertising, memberships and clearly described service bookings. They are never used for dating, matchmaking, paid companionship, adult services, or one-on-one date brokering.
- No guaranteed outcomes
- Machi does not guarantee admission, visa, employment, housing, banking, approval or third-party processing outcomes.
- Service regions and contact
