Machi Verified Membership Terms
These terms explain Machi verified memberships, monthly and annual purchases, benefits, member resources, discounts, renewal by purchase and refunds.

1. Membership and benefits
- Membership description
- Machi verified membership is a paid benefit for city life, Guide resources, member-only content and selected discounts. It is not an identity guarantee or outcome promise.
- Monthly, annual and regional pricing
- Membership may be offered monthly or annually. Prices, currencies, taxes and payment methods may vary by region, platform and promotion.
- Member resources and discounts
- Members may access selected resources, templates, checklists or member-only content, and may receive discounts on some services or digital resources.
- Services are not free by default
- Human consultation, translation, pickup, procedure support and application coaching are not included for free unless the order page says so.
- Payment use boundary
- Payments on Machi are only for platform services, digital resources, verified promotions, advertising, memberships and clearly described service bookings. They are never used for dating, matchmaking, paid companionship, adult services, or one-on-one date brokering.
2. Purchase, renewal and refunds
- No automatic renewal on Web
- Web membership is processed as a one-time purchase: one month grants one month, one year grants one year. Machi does not create a Stripe subscription or automatic recurring charge for Web membership.
- Renewal by purchase
- Members may purchase again before or after expiry. A successful payment extends the current valid period by the purchased duration. Memberships purchased through the App Store / Google Play are managed under those stores' rules.
- Refunds
- App Store / Google Play refunds are handled by those platforms. Web refunds depend on order status, usage, local law and the Refund Policy.
- Benefit changes and contact
- Machi may adjust membership benefits, resource scope, discounts and prices with reasonable notice. Contact hi@machicity.com.
