Listing requirements
Show every cost
State rent, management fees, key money, deposit, agency fee and guarantor company costs. Don't hide move-in costs.
Real listings only
Photos, address and terms must match reality. Take a listing down once it's let.
No money up front
Never ask for a large transfer before a viewing or a contract.
Violations come down
Fake listings and attempts to take payment off the platform are removed, and accounts may be restricted.
